Common questions
How does the 7% commission work?
JeeDrop takes 7% of each delivery fee collected through the platform, across all plans. On Starter there's no monthly fee — you only pay the commission. Growth and Scale add a flat monthly subscription that unlocks advanced features on top of that.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth at any time from your company settings. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
All Nigerian bank cards, bank transfers, and USSD via Paystack. Invoice billing (monthly or quarterly) is available on the Scale plan.
How does rider onboarding work?
You send riders an invite link from your dashboard. They download the JeeDrop rider app, fill in their profile, upload KYC documents, and are active within hours.
Do customers need to download anything?
No. Customers receive a tracking link via email or SMS. They track their order in the browser — no app needed.
What's the difference between Starter and Growth analytics?
Starter gives you order counts and basic revenue summaries. Growth adds revenue trends, rider performance metrics, vendor breakdowns, and exportable reports.
